Echinopsis oxygona (Easter Lily Cactus) is a low-maintenance, spherical South American cactus, growing up to 12 inches tall (rarely up to 75 cm) with 11–12 deep, sharp-edged, wavy ribs. It features stunning, fragrant, nocturnal flowers (pink, white, or lavender) that bloom in summer, lasting only one night and the next day.
